Certified Medication Aide
Certified Medication Aides assist nurses in providing care and medications, follow written and/or oral instructions to administer medications, monitor patients and report changes in condition or vital signs.
- Career-Readiness Training: 1 week
- Pre-Training: 1 week
- Certified Medication Aide Training: 6 weeks
- Total Training Length: 8 weeks (2 months)
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant
- 6 months of Certified Nursing Assistant work experience
- No abuse on the Nurse Aide Registry
Potential Starting Wage: $12-$14 per hour
