EKG Monitor Technician

EKG Monitor Technicians are responsible for watching patients’ heart rates and reporting important changes to medical staff. They conduct electrocardiograms (EKG) and interpret the results of this test.

Course Length:

  • Career-Readiness Training: 1 week
  • Pre-Training: 1 week
  • EKG Monitor Technician Training: 6 weeks
  • Total Training Length: To be determined

Average starting wage: $11-$13 per hour
